One of the many Beefeaters (ERII = Elizabeth Regina, or Queen, II) who live at the Tower of London where the Crown Jewels are displayed. Although it costs a pretty penny to visit the Tower ($30 with the exchange rate I encountered), hour-long tours are provided by Beefeaters throughout the day.
