Engineers working on and in one of the box girder segments of the new I-35W St. Anthony Falls Bridge in Minneapolis. Sidewalk Talks are given every Saturday at 11AM where project reps describe the construction process as seen from the paralleling 10th/Cedar Avenue Bridge, so I went yesterday.
