Lake Atitlán in the Mayan Highlands of Guatemala. The lake is the deepest in Central America and surrounded by three volcanoes (one on the left-hand side of the photo). On our recent cruise down through the Panama Canal, our ship made many stops for shore excursions including in Guatemala.
