Happy Australia Day! January 26 marks the date in 1788 when the First Fleet arrived in Sydney Cove. To celebrate, here’s a photo taken from Blues Point Reserve during the first few minutes of 2010. Sydney is known for its fantastic fireworks to ring in the New Year, and 12 minutes of this (preceded by an eight-hour camp-out) was nothing short of spectacular.
