I paid $10 to see the Crazy Horse Memorial, located in South Dakota’s Black Hills just like Mt. Rushmore. This is as close as one can get to the site since workers are constantly blasting the mountain. It’s hard to grasp the full size of this mountain carving from so far away, but again, imagine Mt. Rushmore’s heads would fit in the same space as Crazy Horse’s head and flowing hair.
